Six people, one table, conversations that don't happen anywhere else.
A Fixed to Flow initiative
Cozy Sessions bring six people together around a single big topic. A carefully chosen group, a shared table, and two or three hours of honest conversation. That is the whole format.
The topic is the starting point. The real value is what happens when six people with genuinely different lived experience sit at the same table and say what they actually think.
The kind of evening that stays with you. You might leave with an idea that changes something, or a conversation that keeps going in your head for weeks.
"It is hardly possible to overrate the value of placing human beings in contact with persons dissimilar to themselves, with modes of thought and action unlike those with which they are familiar."John Stuart Mill
Gus selects the topic weeks ahead and shapes the arc of the conversation. Some sessions also have a guest co-host, someone with a specific lens on the subject, to help anchor the exploration.
Six seats, chosen with intention. Diversity of perspective is the point. The goal is a room where the conversation generates something none of the participants would have reached on their own.
Six people around a table in Lisbon. The conversation has structure but breathes. Expect to be challenged and to challenge others.
What happens at the table belongs to the table. The thinking it stirs and the connections it creates are yours to keep.
People who are genuinely curious, willing to sit with a difficult question, and comfortable not having all the answers. Backgrounds vary on purpose. What the guests share is a willingness to think out loud with strangers.
Cozy Sessions are by invitation. If this resonates, tell us a little about yourself and why you want to be in the room.
Thank you. We have your note.
If there is a fit, we will be in touch.
