Cozy Sessions are informal gatherings where Gustavo and friends bring together small and diversified groups of people to discuss big topics away from the noise of the public sphere.

What's the purpose?
"It is hardly possible to overrate the value of placing human beings in contact with persons dissimilar to themselves, with modes of thought and action unlike those with which they are familiar." John Stuart Mill

The framing

Overlapping crises surround us. Climate, economy, geopolitics, technology. These forces have been building for decades, layering and feeding into one another. Some call it a polycrisis.

To make things worse, everyone sees reality through algorithm-filtered eyes. The forces shaping us are the same. The narratives we construct about them are not.

Now add AI shaking up entire industries at a speed nobody planned for. If you do not work in tech, this might feel abstract. Another headline about chatbots or job losses. If you do work in tech, you can not avoid it. The pace of change is hard to keep up with, let alone plan around.

In the middle of all this, each of us is quietly forming a picture. A version of where things are going. Some of those pictures are informed by data and trends. Others come from gut feeling, lived experience, or a nagging sense that something has shifted. Most of them never get said out loud.

This dinner puts six of those pictures on the table. What future are you seeing? What are you betting on, consciously or not? How do you see yourself inside what is coming? The point is not to agree. The point is to see what six different people, with six different lenses, are actually perceiving right now.

Not predicting what is coming. Deciding what is worth wanting.
